Bone Grinder Bader The bone grinder is used in oral and maxillofacial surgery procedures, especially in dental implant placement. Its main function is to crush autogenous bone fragments (from the patient himself) obtained during a surgical intervention, turning them into smaller, manageable particles that can be used as bone graft. This crushed bone is used to fill bone defects or to increase bone volume in the area where an implant will be placed, facilitating the integration and stability of the implant in the patient's natural bone.
