High-performance ceramic and pressing furnace for dental laboratories, developed to meet the needs of modern laboratories working with high-precision aesthetic restorations. Thanks to its advanced technology, it combines in a single unit the functions of ceramic firing and pressing/injection, allowing work with both conventional ceramics and lithium disilicate press systems. Designed to offer thermal stability, repeatability and ease of use, the SR862 guarantees precise results even in the most demanding jobs. The injection system works by means of a piston driven by compressed air, so the furnace must be connected to the laboratory's compressed air supply. Injection pressure is manually adjustable and is displayed by means of a pressure gauge. The equipment allows configuring the necessary variables for pressing-injection cycles and can also be used for firing conventional ceramic, making it a versatile furnace for the dental laboratory. Its electronic control manages 80 programs for normal ceramic and 20 programs for pressed ceramic, with 15 variable functions per program.
