The SUNBURST radial disks are especially indicated for roughing, pre-polishing, polishing and buffing all types of alloys, precious metals, acrylics and ceramics without needing to use polishing paste. Their flexible strands will avoid possible marks or damage on treated surfaces, as they adapt to the morphology of the piece to be worked on during the working process. They work equally well on flat surfaces. They generate minimal heat during friction, thus reducing deformation of the work surface. It is recommended to use these disks within a range of 3,000 to 18,000 rpm (optimal value 5,000 rpm). Lower speeds allow a softer touch, greater flexibility and more subtle results. Higher speeds provide more aggressive material removal.
