The K38 micromotor from Marathon is a portable brushed handpiece. It features an ergonomic design that is easy to grip, suitable for avoiding fatigue during work. It offers a maximum speed of 30,000 rpm, as well as a dual speed control that can be controlled either via the foot pedal or via the digital button. We recommend not exceeding the speed in order to avoid premature wear of the handpiece. This model is available in four different colors: white, black, pink and burgundy.
