PADDED SPLINT SUPPORT WITH PROTECTOR AND SUCTION OUTLET

The new Foredom support with suction outlet, splint, curved acrylic protective screen and adjustable armrests. It is the perfect complement for any workbench. It allows total suction of the micro particles of noble metals and abrasives generated during setting, grinding and polishing work. The padded supports provide an extra degree of comfort and ergonomics during use. Suction is of maximum importance during finishing processes for two essential reasons: loss control and occupational health. Loss control: it will allow us to recover the particles of precious metals generated during the finishing process, this will result in the recovery of finishing losses estimated at four percent of the total weight of the piece. Occupational health: it prevents us from inhaling harmful particles contained in abrasives such as aluminum oxides, tin, zinc, silicon carbide. These components can cause serious respiratory problems when used without any type of protection such as suction. Mounting on the workbench is done using the support. The suction outlet is attached with the rotating elbow that allows the tube to move in any direction. The protective screen allows a clear view of your work while preventing dust from being projected out.
