Thanks to the extremely high power of its radiators, RHODE UVC destroys all microorganisms in the air. During operation of the RHODE UVC sterilizer, people staying in the room are not exposed to the impact of the emitted UVC rays. RHODE-UVC functions are based on the internal ventilation system. The air entering the sterilizer chamber passes through the ANTY-DUST filter placed near the inlet. Here, larger particles are blocked to prevent contamination of the germicidal lamp reflectors. Then, the air passes directly through a low-pressure mercury lamp, which thanks to UVC rays with a precisely emitted wavelength of 253.7 nm destroys all microorganisms. The high reflection coefficient of the chamber mirrors concentrates the UVC rays, increasing the effectiveness of a radiation interaction. The disinfected and purified returning air is released through the final nozzle, completing the effective cleaning process. The greatest advantage of the system is the complete reduction of the threat to people staying inside during operation, as external UVC emissions are reduced to zero.
