The 750-L Series oven is an electronic control unit with microprocessors and permanent memory. It can memorize up to 7 preheating cycles or programs that are stored in memory until the operator decides to modify them. Each program contains 4 ramps and for each ramp it is possible to configure up to 3 variables: temperature, rate of increase and maintenance time. It allows us to program the ignition delay and the shutdown temperature of the smoke extraction fan. Furthermore, it is possible to set a final temperature maintenance time at the end of the cycle, thus the cylinders are kept at a certain temperature. This oven is available in three different versions depending on size: S, M and L.
