Tipodonto Orthodontics Cemented and Biomedical Bader The Bader Cemented and Biomedical Orthodontics Tipodonto is a specialized tool for training and practice in orthodontics, designed to offer a realistic and educational experience in both academic and clinical settings. Thanks to its composition of natural wax and its functional design, it allows precise simulation of dental movements and understanding of orthodontic correction processes in a visual and practical way. This model has 28 teeth and is manufactured from a combination of pure natural beeswax, birch insect wax, and simulated resin for in vitro teeth in a 1:1 ratio. This unique composition provides a texture and behavior similar to real tissues, allowing observation and reproduction of dental displacement during orthodontic treatments. Features of the Orthodontics Tipodonto Allows installation and adjustment of brackets and arches, facilitating clinical practice in a controlled environment. Thanks to its material, it enables simulation of dental movement, allowing visualization of the transformation from malocclusion to correct occlusion. It is an effective tool for both teaching and clinical demonstration, improving communication between the dentist and the patient. Manufactured with high-quality materials that guarantee durability and continuous use in training practices. Functions of the typodont for orthodontic practice Function 1: Used for practicing installation of brackets and arches, which can be practiced repeatedly (pay attention to cleaning the glue when used two or more times). Function 2: Used to demonstrate the transformation of orthodontic malocclusion into standard occlusion, being able to objectively present the entire correction process. Mainly used for training and teaching, as well as for demonstrating communication between dentists and patients. How to use the typodont for orthodontic practice Heat the wax phantom for orthodontic practice evenly with a hair dryer at an ambient temperature of 15 ~ 25 degrees, and slowly rotate the entire model during the heating process, so that the wax phantom heats evenly. After evenly heating the wax phantom, it can be observed that the teeth move slowly. To increase the correction effect, the number of stretching elastic bands can be increased. Remove the arch after correction, heat the model according to the procedure during correction, and manually restore the teeth to the malocclusion state for the next correction. The phantom is manufactured with specific refined wax from the factory. *does not include brackets*
