The Estmon Electronic Series ultrasonic cleaning equipment is equipped with the latest technology and the ESTMON manufacturing guarantee with more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing ultrasonic cleaning machines. The TCE-220 2.2 liter model is equipped with a fully digital multifunction LCD control panel, which allows us to view and control via the touch keypad all the parameters necessary to obtain excellent ultrasonic cleaning. These parameters consist of temperature, time, powers and advanced functions such as sweeping, power increase and degassing. The temperature function: allows precise regulation of the working temperature with a range of 11 steps that go from 30°C to 80°C. The time function: allows us to configure the duration of the cleaning cycle in intervals of one minute up to one hour. This model is equipped with a group composed of two powerful latest-generation transducers that allow minimizing power loss in the energy transmission process. Its generators allow working with different cleaning intensities: 40, 70, and 100%. If we also use the advanced PULSE function, we can increase the power to 120%, increasing the performance of the maximum power by an additional 20%. Another advanced function that increases the effectiveness of this equipment is the multidirectional sweep. When activating this function, the path of the ultrasonic wave is modified, creating a cross sweep that will affect cleaning effectiveness in areas with extreme and hard-to-reach dirt. Lastly, but not least, the degassing function releases gases from the liquid that could limit cleaning efficiency, facilitating the transmission of the subsonic wave through the liquid. The equipment is delivered with a lid. Optionally, it has a basket made with high-quality materials and finishes, meeting all European standards.
