TCE-1500 15 LITERS AND THE BASKET The ultrasonic cleaning equipment Estmon Electronic Series is equipped with the latest technology and the manufacturing guarantee ESTMON with more than 30 years of experience in the manufacturing of machines for ultrasonic cleaning. The model TCE-1500 15 liters is equipped with a multifunction LCD control panel fully digital, which allows us to view and control via the touch keyboard all the necessary parameters to obtain an excellent ultrasonic cleaning. These parameters consist of temperature, time, powers and advanced functions such as sweep, power increase and degassing. The temperature function: allows a precise regulation of the working temperature with a range of 11 steps that go from 30 °C to 80 °C. The time function: allows us to configure the duration of the cleaning cycle in intervals of one minute up to one hour. This model is equipped with a group composed of six powerful latest generation transducers that allow minimizing the power loss in the energy transmission process. Its generators allow working with different cleaning intensities: 40, 70, and 100%. If we also use the advanced PULSE function it allows us to increase the power to 120% increasing the performance of the maximum power by 20% more. Another of the advanced functions that increases the effectiveness of this equipment is the multidirectional sweep, when activating this function the trajectory of the ultrasonic wave is modified creating a cross sweep that will impact the cleaning effectiveness in areas with extreme and difficult to access dirt. Finally, but not least, the degassing function releases from the liquid the gases that could limit the cleaning efficiency facilitating the transmission of the subsonic wave through the liquid. The equipment is delivered with lid and drain equipped with filter for emptying the tank, it has the function of preventing the loss of small parts and preventing possible blockages by them.
