Its unique design with concave and convex jaws allows precise and smooth bends without damaging the wire, making it ideal for detailed work in the dental laboratory or clinic. Recommended use: Bending orthodontic wires: Designed to create smooth curves and bends in labial arch wires, retainers, and active plates. Fabrication of retainers and removable devices: Used to shape wires into Hawley retainers and custom removable orthodontic appliances. Clinical adjustments: Allows adjusting arches and hooks in already fabricated devices, adapting them to the patient's mouth. Creation of complex shapes: Ideal for creating controlled and precise bends in wires used in removable orthodontics. Work with different wire gauges: Suitable for small and medium diameter wires, generally from 0.5 mm to 0.9 mm. Characteristics: Material: Stainless steel. Sterilizable at 134ºC. Total length: 15 cm. Tip length: 23 mm. Angle type: 90º. Designed to bend wire up to 1.5 mm. With a 0.7 mm retention for hard wires. Pliers indicated for prosthetics and orthodontics laboratories.
