Recommended use: Measurement of periodontal pockets: Allows measuring the depth of the gingival sulcus (or periodontal pocket) around the tooth to identify and classify periodontal diseases. Detection of gingival recessions: Helps measure the loss of gingival tissue and assess the progression of periodontal disease.
