Probe DG 16 Bader. The DG 16 probe is a specialized dental instrument used mainly in endodontics to locate and explore the root canals in teeth with planned endodontic treatments. Its fine and bifurcated design allows precise identification of canal entrances, even in cases where their location is partially obstructed or difficult to access.
Recommended use: Location of root canals: Used to explore and find the entrances of the root canals during endodontic access. Exploration of pulp chambers: Facilitates inspection of the pulp chamber to identify possible openings of the root canals. Detection of calcifications: Helps to locate calcified or narrowed canals that may be difficult to identify visually. Confirmation of accesses: Useful to verify that access to the canals has been adequate before proceeding with instrumentation and cleaning. Diagnosis of root fractures: In some cases, it can be used to explore cracks or fractures in the root of the teeth.
Features: Material: stainless steel. Sterilizable in autoclave. Length: 17.5 cm. Two active ends.
